Accounts, Terms and Conditions

cardPayment must be made on completion of the repair unless you have a credit account set up with us. Our prefered method of payment is Debit/Credit Card.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted including Amex. (Credit card payments will be telephoned through to our head office by the technician and receipt will be posted direct to you)

cashCash is accepted however please retain your receipt to validate your warranty and guarantee.

Payment may be made by cheque if supported by a guarantee card or you are a trade/business account.

creditCredit account is only available for Dealer and trade users only. A credit account application form can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.

Once completed this can either be emailed, posted or faxed back to us on: 01689 858133. Upon Receiving this we will carry out the necessary references and credit checks and process your application.


All work is guaranteed for 3 year unless otherwise stated on arrival and your invoice. Work is only guaranteed and covered upon production of your receipt/invoice. Please see full Terms and Conditions.


Diamond Cut Division Warranty

We would like to notify you of a change to the warranty period offered with all Diamond Cut alloy refurbishments carried out at our Head Office, primarily through our collection and delivery service.

Durability testing has been carried out over the last twelve months with particular attention paid to the onward cleaning of the alloy. The increased availability of hand car wash outlets and the cleaning products used within them have been researched extensively, and whereas many products have no negative effects on the alloy, there are a high number of outlets that are now using unsuitable cleaning products.

Specifically, the acids used have been found to be excessively strong and in some cases was found to be hydrochloric acid. Products such as these cause damage to the alloy and severely affect the visual appearance and finish of the wheel, and are contrary to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

As we are unable to verify the treatment of the alloys once a refurbishment has been carried out, we are changing the warranty period offered on all diamond cut wheels from three years to six months. Our research has showed that any refurbishment or product defects will be evident in days or weeks rather than months. In addition, any alloys that have sustained further damage within the six month period will not be covered by the warranty.

We are also issuing an advisory that diamond cut alloys can only be cut an average of two times, after which the only likely refurbishment possible is a powder coated, one colour finish. We cannot guarantee the number of cuts that can be carried out to any particular alloy as the style and damage will sometimes make multiple cuts impossible. As some alloys have been refurbished by other companies, a differing refurbishment process can also affect the number of cuts possible. We will therefore not be held accountable for any reason whatsoever in the event that a further cut to the alloy is not possible. In this instance a powder coat, one colour refurbishment will be offered.

Glass Repair Terms and Conditions

  1. In the course of repair, glass may crack beyond repair through no fault of Our technician. You acknowledge that risk. If that happens We will not charge you for any attempted repairs.  We will recommend that You contact a windscreen replacement company (such as Autoglass / National Windscreens / RAC Windscreens) to replace the glass.  If the vehicle in your possession does not belong to You, We advise that the owner claims windscreen replacement costs through their motor insurance.  An excess will be payable by the owner/policy holder, although the claim generally does not affect any no-claims bonus.
  2. You agree to be responsible for the full cost of any glass replacement work on Your vehicle (or the vehicle in Your possession).  You acknowledge and agree that We will not be held liable for any costs arising from any unsuccessful glass repair.
  3. The visibility of a repair to glass depends on the nature of the damage at the time of repair. You acknowledge and agree that We will not be held liable if You are not happy with the look of Our repair, and that we reserve the right to charge you at the prevailing rate.
  4. By undertaking our services You agree that You we will have no claims on Us to reimburse or compensate You for loss of income, loss of use of Your vehicle, costs or expenses incurred from loss of use of Your vehicle, loss of business or profits or pure economic loss or indirect or consequential loss suffered by You as a result of Our work. Your statutory rights are not affected.
